I think he was referring to itadori himself questioning the friendship since it happened so suddenly and in a really odd way lol Jimmy seemed to call him out on his denial like “come on man, you know you two are friends now, stop it”.

If you plan on watching the movie after season 1 you should just watch 3 episodes next week so you can watch the movie after that. Or just watch the movie after season 2 episode 5. Up to you, but I'd recommend watching the movie after season 2 episode 5
