After watching Helly in this episode, I can't believe I missed that it wasn't her in the first 4 episodes. Helly and Helena are different. Mark is feeling physically and mentally unwell. He feels guilty plus he's experiencing symptoms that his outie is putting him through. Mark Scout seeing Ms. Casey was gutting. That expression killed me.

Fun fact: I went to the same college as Dan Erickson, the creator of Severance: Western Washington University. Severance is partially based on a play he wrote and directed while at Western. In this episode, when Mark was scrolling through the digital Rolodex on his computer, the name of one of the files it showed was Bellingham. I was surprised to see my home town mentioned because Bellingham is a bit a lesser-known of a city in Washington State. But it also happens to be the home of Western Washington University.

My assumption was that Natalie was given portraits of Kier as a woman. But you're right, they could have just made him like closer to Natalie's ethnicity or skin tone. Or maybe they did both.
