It's the best, most important episodes of each respective show. Yes. It is. Fight me. I don't care. They're the episodes that made little kid me a Power Rangers fan, and they're the episodes that made 23 year-old me curious as to what this Super Sentai thing was all about. It's high melodrama. It's sacrifice. It's romance. It's putting a little kid in dangerous situations for no real reason and then being shocked he ends up in the hospital. Burai finally runs out of time and has to face his own mortality. Tommy gets off easy by comparison. How does Power Rangers work around the death aspect? Which show does it better? Find out now! Ooh very cool MistareFusion! I was excited for this too! Just saw it, very interesting! I do believe you are right. Power Rangers did effectively make it a sacrificial story without needing everyone to fear for Tommy's life. I'm not sure why they wrote JDF out of the show by giving him a romance subplot when they thought the show would be over 10 episodes from now though.
