What would you prefer?

I'm pretty sure the answer is gonna be the quicker & less edited option, but I figured I'd check with y'all before I went ahead and changed how I did things.

So long story short, I realised I could get Patreon cuts up a fair bit quicker (and in advance) if I work off of the rough cuts my editors do instead of the fully refined cuts. The rough cuts are usually done a few days before another editor does a refining edit. If I made Patreon cuts out of the rough cuts, I could do them as soon as the initial edits are done.

What this would mean is that they would be a lot less edited overall, but still have all of the actual content I'm saying in them. Effectively they'd not have crop-ins or zooms, and bits where I talk would just be basic editing with jump cuts and static shots.

I assume most of y'all would prefer that because it means you'd get content earlier than YouTube, but I wanted to make sure I had the right idea! So feel free to vote...

y'know, it's funny because this idea came from my girlfriend who is also a patron for some other reactors & she was just like "you're doing too much, people would much prefer have it this way" lmao

I mean Iโ€™m used to at least two other reactors who literally just post the raw, uncut reaction and add the video/movie/show on the screen, and a group reaction channel who do the same (though adding some merch info on the side and adding a background) but only cut when any of them have to do something (though sometimes they donโ€™t cut and we get all the dialogue). So minimal editing is on par with what Iโ€™m used to lmao
