Its easy for this recipe, you can use any veggie you like, as many variety as you want. Just fry the garlic first till a little golden. Then add in all the veggies and cooked pasta in. Then add the sauce and cook for 5 minutes so the sauce will soak into the ingredients
For the sauce: 1/2 cup of hot water, sugar and soy sauce, about 2 table spoon each, then taste it to your liking, last step is to put in 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to last, that will help thicken the dish. Prepare the sauce first and put it aside, before you start cooking your dish.

You can just take out the beef and that can be a vegan dish. Do you use soy sauce?
