The following applies to all works published in any media, at any time by the author Gigi Potemkin and any and all authors, brands, or names formally/legally associated with the Gigi Potemkin brand.

1.    All the characters depicted in this book and involved in any form of sexual and/or romantic relationship are 18 (eighteen years old) or older.

2.    All forms of sexual intercourse or romantic expression are between consenting adults.

2a.  Each and every act of sexual intercourse or romance is consensual throughout the entirety of the act, action, or expression. The text will often go to great lengths to explicitly highlight this point.

2b.  This is equally valid in instances of intense or even extreme (by regular human standards) BDSM. In some storylines, some characters are superhumanly strong or endowed, and some characters derive intense pleasure from, among other things, physical fights or beatings, including instances of regenerative abilities coupled with the trait of becoming physically stronger/more powerful the harder one’s body is tested/pushed to its limits. The text is always explicit about the physical/biological nature of its non-human or superhuman characters (for more information, consult item #4).

2c.   All characters are always unharmed by the end of their intercourse or respective storylines. Every expression of romance or sexuality is 100% positive, leaving all the characters better off (physically AND emotionally) than before.

3.    None of the characters depicted in this book and involved in any form of sexual relationship or romantic expression are members of the same family, be it by blood relation (ex.: parents, siblings) or legal situation (ex.: stepfamily).

3a.  In the occasion characters refer to each other by seemingly familial terms (e.g., mommy, mom, dad, daddy, etc.), the context is always playful and non-literal (i.e., banter, sexual teasing) and NEVER depicts or implies real or actual familial relationship, blood-connection, or kinship of any kind.

3aa.   Examples of such contextual, non-literal application of seemingly familial terms are, among many others: §1) Sexual banter, sexual teasing, or roleplay (“Oh, daddy”); §2) Expressions of friendship or fondness (e.g., Two female BFFs referring to each other as “sisters”, two male BFFs calling each other “brother”, “oh, dude, you’re my brother”, etc.); §3) Honorific terms within certain societies, institutions, or context-specific human associations (e.g., “Sister Maria”, “Mother [as in “Reverend Mother”, “Mother Superior”] Gracyanne, etc.); Etcetera.

4.    All forms of sexual intercourse depicted in this book are between humans or human-like equivalents (e.g.: angels, demons, giants, humanoid aliens, mythical or mythological creatures in human shape and fully endowed with human intelligence, etc.).

4a.  All sexual organs and/or genitalia are human or shaped exactly like human genitalia (1-to-1 equivalence).

5.    All forms of sexuality, sexual expression, sexual intercourse, sexual relationships, or any type of romantic expression are compliant with the laws of the United States of America AND Switzerland AND the European Union
