Update progress - Stem Improvements

The next update is super close and I think the D2 issues should be sorted. I have reverted all S8/S5/D2 files to default. If I recall the only additions I had made to these were Camelot key convert and waveform colouring, these can be added back later if needed.
Additions:
- Better colouring of stem waveforms
- Added FX Send controls and enable/disable filter and fx send functions
- Reverted all non S4 required files back to default
Edit: I have added the current files that I am working with. If anyone with an S5, S8 or D2 could test these files just to see if using th controller doesn't cause Traktor to crash that would be great! All is working perfectly for the S4 MK3!

I can't find the file ‘Screen Hack Effect Settings.tsi’ that is referenced in the instructions in the 3.4 zip file. Is there another zip file that has this file?
