In addition to Skyrim and Fallout, I also circle back to Resident Evil, Yakuza, Horizon, Metal Gear Solid, The Witcher, Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Far Cry, Red Dead Redemption, Darksiders, ...lol And to think, this is now all canon for the Fallout universe. You know what is messed up? They say they wanted a monopoly on the human race, to control how humanity moves forward but their hypocritical logic failed to see that due to them losing money, they had to sell off their unification of humanity plan to the other big companies thus destroying all the current factions to make room for the new opposing factions of the other companies instead. Each of the other companies gets to run experiments on which is the better idea for the future of humanity, competing again, creating more war by ending the current wars...for shareholder profits because why build vaults if we're never going to use them. This is why you can't run a society or government the same way you run a business, which has been a very popular idea for the last couple decades, hasn't it? lol Its the same idea that religions get when they talk about the great flood story (every religion has a great flood story). Wash it all away to start over but when you wash it all away, you don't learn from mistakes so you end up repeating the same cycle over and over. "War never changes". Michael Mando said it best, repeatedly lol, in Far Cry 3 too..."Have I ever told you the definition of insanity?"...lol Second season felt more like moving chess pieces to set up the third season. Still good and very Fallout, tho. There is a cameo for Fallout veterans that was so perfect of a scene and reveal in season 2, lol. I hope you catch it. You should recognize his voice...that voice lol. I am 100% cool with you continuing right now but season 2 just dropped and season 3, although is going to start filming very soon, isn't expected to release until mid-to-late 2027 so your choice. Also Fallout 5 and Elder Scrolls 6 have started per-production too, btw. Just fyi, lol. They're cryo pods, V, from Fallout 4. And did you recognize the city Henry was walking too? New Vegas from Fallout: New Vegas...the House always wins, Robert House founder of RobCo Industries ;), timeline-wise this show takes place after all the Fallout games so we are seeing the aftermath of all the games. I really want see D.C. in this show since the best ending in Fallout 3 had us turn on the water purification system to clean the environment of rads, completely, lol. Remember, they slipped in a little secret plot point, Rose started her journey from finding out that the water from Vault 33 is getting siphoned off to somewhere. No mention of if that was ever resolved, btw. In episode 5, Betty was warned that the vault's water chip is broken and they only have 2 months of reserves left.

2026-02-18 06:07:24 +0000 UTCYes please watch season 2! Its just as good as season 1 if not a little better. They did such a good job adding in fallout new vegas lore. Timeline wise, season 2 takes place 15 years after the new vegas video game.

2026-02-14 13:54:41 +0000 UTCI've not watched the second season yet but what I've heard is that they have tried to retcon some of the lore from the "Fallout: New Vegas" game, which was not developed by Bethesda (and is actually the best modern Fallout game). I'll still watch it but that is an annoying shame.
