This season was a treat and I don't like the thought that we'll probably have to wait another few years for the third season 😭 I loved the creative direction and risks taken - there was clearly so much fun in making this season as it shined through on the screen. 🖤✨

2025-10-09 01:35:03 +0000 UTCNothing will ever beat practical effects...except studio budgets, lol. Tim has a style to be sure but the studios control how it gets done. They invest in CGI so they want their money's worth, I guess. Plus, maybe you're right about the tying in the cartoon quality. Never saw those, only the older live-action films of the Addams Family stuff. And cudos to Tim for creating a world that never existed until now for the Addams' to live in. My favorite episodes are body swapping, Fester, Wednesday playing cello, and Enid's dance. I love seeing episodes where the actors get to play within their roles so freely and showcase their other skills. Are you a dancer, V? I could tell Emma took dance. Studying martial arts, or really any physical art form, you can spot someone that also does it. Dancers have a frame and stance that their bodies naturally fall into. Its like spotting 'tells' in poker. You pick up on it. I heard Fester is getting a spinoff, btw. And that Emma Myers got the Spider-Gwen roll in the next Spiderman film. 😏 Honestly, I can't recommend any new shows until we get some final feedback/news on the last tv polls and Last of US season 2. Shows are a time sink/commitment for you and us, V. People should hear what the final say is.
