I feel like V loves Robby a lot but she has a lot of problems with Tory's character.

He even asked about her plans re prom before Silver mentioned anything about getting into Samguel’s heads. I always saw Robby and Tory as using that as an excuse when really they just wanted to go together (on a date).

Also this was Junior Prom. Senior year for the main cast is still ahead. I remember being worried how that was gonna play out when that writer's strike had everything delayed and ground everything to a halt for a while. Part of me was actually wondering if the show was going to stop at the end of Season 5.
