Daredevil: Episode 2 | Full Length reaction!

REALLY enjoyable to watch - I was a bit concerned that episode 2 wouldn't be nearly as good as the pilot (as I've seen happen to other shows before) but that is not the case here and I am ECSTATIC ABOUT IT.
Wait until end for my full review on the episode because I definitely have some thoughts about it :)

2022-07-18 16:18:06 +0000 UTCI love your reactions to this series. It only gets better from here. For the next couple of episodes I'd recommend turning off the subtitles. For some reason Disney+ is weird, if you have the subtitles turned off it actually gives you subtitles for the Russian and Spanish that gets spoken. In some of the episodes coming up, there are entire scenes in Russian and you kind of need to know what they're saying. If you ever want to watch more of a feel-good movie I'd recommend "Stardust" which also stars Charlie Cox. It has a great cast and is based on a book by Neil Gaiman. It never fails to make me smile, even when I'm feeling down.

2022-07-16 17:10:53 +0000 UTCJust a note, it seems Disney+ messed up the subtitles when bringing the shows over from Netflix. If you enable full closed captions, it won't show the translated subtitles when the characters are speaking a foreign language. But if you turn the captions off, it WILL show the translations, such as what the two of them were saying in the beginning when they were speaking Spanish. This becomes an issue in later episodes, especially with the Russians. You'll miss what they're saying if you leave the full closed captions on. It's very annoying how Disney+ did it.

The Marvel Netflix shows are famous for their epic hallway fight scenes. And I agree with your assessment on alcohol. It all tastes terrible. I drink socially now out of peer pressure lol but I usually only choke down one beer and after many months I still think it taste like piss water.
