New Video while we wait for the other new video

First of all I'm sorry about the delay, I was hoping to have the 20+minute video of Phoenix uploaded already but have been running into non-stop tech issues with the media encoder, I understand that you've all been so patient with this video and I'm disappointed that I haven't been able to find a solution yet (although I have a few more things that I'm confident should work)
In the meantime, I've called Jade for an emergency video shoot tonight so that even if this other video continues to have delays I can still continue to get content out there for you to enjoy. In hindsight, I should have done this once I realized the video was going to take so long to edit but lesson learned.
Getting content out to you in a consistent and timely manner is very important to me as I value you as part of this community and want to make sure that you're getting always more than you paid for and that's why delays like this one hit me deep.
