I started out trying to be a streamer, I played a lot of battle royales and I thought I could make some money whilst I did it. Though I didn’t have many subscribers I still seemed to get some pretty odd requests. Somebody said they would donate 100$ if I did a whole stream cross dressed…

But I guess they saw something in me that I didn’t even know was there. One stream turned into a whole week and before I knew it I was hooked.
I was hooked to the sudden increase in subscribers, all of the donations I seemed to be getting and I was hooked on the outfits. People started sending me clothes they wanted me to wear and somebody even sent me female hormones. I knew that I shouldn’t have taken them but I teased it on stream and somebody offered me a 1000$ donation to take them for a month.
I couldn’t resist, a year later and I can't really call myself a streamer anymore.
I’d say my path aligns more with a cam girl.
Do I regret it?
How could I? With tits like these, that bring me so much attention and pleasure...

The story has almost the same premise as your pic, about a guy making an onlyfans account as a girl and by getting donations (and a lot of blackmail) ends up having real breasts, and becomes a real e-girl. You should read it, its pretty good. Maybe you could do a collab with her and make some illustrations for the story.
