Since you love the raspy Beyonce tone...please do a review of her vocals from the movie Cadillac Records. Great movie...but do a reaction of "All I Could Do Was Cry" and "I'd Rather Go Blind" .....these are remakes of Etta James. Also a reaction to "LISTEN" from Dreamgirls

I think you would have such a good time watching Homecoming. One of the best things about her performing is that the album music is always great the live performances due to the production and mixes and samples she incorporates into the original songs are top tier.

Great reaction as usual. There is so much appreciation to the musical craft that reels all of us in. Thank you for broadening your musical spectrum and induling in Beyonce. It's amazing to see how people are still just falling in love with Beyonce in 2024. Looking forward to more reactions

I'm glad you checked out the album first so you can focus on the music, but like many have already said, you need to check out the Lemonade film. It ties the theme together flawlessly as well as bringing in the theme of social issues pertaining to the black community that isn't as obvious as the infidelity theme. Also, it answers almost any questions you may have lol. No pressure to react! I just have a complex where I need everyone to fully appreciate this album 😂😂😂

I highly recommend checking out the Lemonade film. She tells a beautiful story that adds visuals & spoken word to the music to help dig into the emotions behind infidelity, the generational cycle of abuse, and so much more. it's a masterpiece imo

Loved the reaction! You should also react to The Gift and Everything Is Love, both of which came out between Lemonade and Renaissance.

you should definitely add her film/Coachella performance “homecoming” on Netflix to your list. She was the first black woman to headline Coachella In 2018. she did an entire 2 hr set and it was epic.

Daddy Lessons was the 🔥 that started Cowboy Carter. It was rejected by the CMAs...

"Painting white flags blue" is such an underrated lyric. White flags (surrender) and Blue (their daughter's name). And it works as a lyric both ways: reasons to fight for the relationship and motivation to keep fighting for racial equity. *chef's kiss*

I agree, Lemonade has to be seen to be fully appreciated. Even if Steven doesn't react to it in a video, he'd really be missing out not to see it.

Definitely check out “LOVEHAPPY” from their joint album called “Everything is Love”
You can sort of say Lemonade is the first part of a trilogy. “4:44” by Jay is next and they finish it out with their collab album.
It’s the last track on the album but it’s short, 9 tracks, if you es t to check out the entire thing. It’s great music and gives some more insight on their history.

Definitely check out the “Lemonade Film” that she released with the album. It’s visually stunning, and will answer all of your questions about her personal life. You’ll be pleased to know she covered Prince’s “The Beautiful Ones” in a medley with “Sex On Fire” at Glastonbury in 2011 (well worth a watch). She also sang “Purple Rain” with Prince at the BET awards a while back.
Btw, it was her 2013 Self-Titled album that changed the standard release day to Friday. It’s also a visual album and was a surprise drop. After Self-Titled, you’ll be ready for Homecoming on Netflix!! 🎉

You should do the lemonade movie. It explains so much of her background and breaking the cycle of unhealthy relationships in black families.

Oh that change for music release on Fridays it’s a fact but was with the Self Titled that came before Lemonade, Lemonade was a surprise album kinda, she release the Formation video like 2 days before Superbowl and then she get the Lemonade film on HBO
