For fun &TEAM content I highly suggest their Idol's physical race episode (for the athletic stuff) and their 10k yen challenge (9 people, 3 days, only 10 000 yen challenge on youtube), which is a 1h 15min content where they cant spend more than 10k yen over 3 days and the staff makes them pay a fee for all kinds of stuff like eating, using tissues and drinking stuff other than water, it's more like a behind the scenes content instead of typical variety content

To answer a few of your questions. 1) Harua doesn't look like it but he's a sleeper build, he's surprisingly strong. 2) Fuma does have a knee injury, but I don't recall if he was hurt during these episodes or if it was a convenient way to even the teams. 3) Jo's an introvert, he's a bit more out-spoken/vocal now, but when the Teamies first debuted he was very quiet and shy. There are several inside jokes about this spread through their various variety shows. So seeing him act like a "bad boy" here was a complete 180 from his usual personality and thus wildly hilarious. 4) They release these "sport theme episodes" around comeback season. So far they've done Nightball, Kendo, Judo, and Baseball. All four of which were incredibly chaotic. If you're looking for other sports stuff, they participated in Running during the 2024 & 2025 ISAC competition. They've also been on Idol's physical Race. Fuma's been on the Sasuke Ninja Course twice, as well as another athletic competition. K's done a couple of races, and they occasionally have sports days during their weekly variety content.
