What a beautiful conversation. Gary V really feels like that uncle who has a million different stories and life lessons and could honestly talk for hours haha.

I really love his approach to life and to handling difficult situations. I feel like SB19 can learn so much from him and genuinely be inspired by his mindset. He truly lives up to the name “Mr. Pure Energy,” that’s for sure.

What really stuck with me was what he said about regret. It sounds obvious that we can’t change the past, but he explained it in such a grounding way — reminding us that the only thing we actually have control over is what we choose to do right now. That hit me, because I’m someone who can get stuck in the “should have / could have / would have” mindset.

This conversation honestly just made me reflect a lot — especially on making decisions for my future and the person I want to become, not the person I used to be. It really hit on a personal level.
