I can't believe Helena didn't crack up at the tallest waterfall comment ๐ Also Helena didn't have to commit so hard to her role, I'm guessing she actually did want to sleep with Mark and live a little!

If you want to read the appendix again, it's in the wiki: https://content.severance.wiki/fourth_appendix My guess is that this is what Natalie/Lumon asked Ricken to help write, because it sounds like his idiotic book. This hasn't been confirmed though (as of yet). Irving is such the MVP in this episode, his love for Helly really shines through at the end. He basically sacrifices himself to bring her back. And poor Helly, waking up mid drowning in an icy pond.
