It’s like this scene in Castle where Castle doesn’t like Beckett hanging out with this other writer. And of course it’s like “writer” because they haven’t gotten together yet, and she confronts him about it and he says “fine. I admit it. It makes me upset,” and she actually says it’s kind of sweet and tells him “That’s why from now on I won’t be hanging around him anymore. From now on I’m a one writer girl.” That’s just unheard of. Like “Wow.” I shared the clip in an IG story saying that if a girl does this she’s a keeper.

2022-10-29 10:29:29 +0000 UTCI know it almost always gets played for laughs because the guy is usually totally oblivious to reality, but sometimes it is ambiguous and it does hurt to find out that your romantic feelings aren't reciprocated. It doesn't have to be either person's fault and neither person has to get mad, but it hurts.
