I'm willing to bet Eli Roth would be would be proud of that glowing review. When a film conjures such a visceral reaction... That'll get a splatter fan like me who liked Cannibal Holocaust, Miss Machine, Tokyo Gore Police to go sprinting to the box office Yeah I did see Hostel 3...kinda wish I didn't...just kinda meh

2022-06-06 16:51:55 +0000 UTCI don't know what it is about those FRIGHT NIGHT movies. I find they oddly comforting. I guess so much of it takes place while he's at home. I also love Peter Vincent. I love his arc through the two movies. I grew up on Hammer Horror and I like all the little shoutouts.

2022-06-06 16:48:32 +0000 UTCI don't know if I consider the first EVIL DEAD or the 2013 movies comedies. I think they're pretty serious. There seems to be two types of EVIL DEAD movies. The drop dead serious ones and the silly Ash J. Williams line.
