2021-02-21 05:07:53 +0000 UTCThat was a lot of fun, guys. Samantha cracking up uncontrollably at the end while saying "I'm just so scared still..." was gold. I'm pretty sure she watched about half the film with her left hand blocking most of the screen :) I thought Tony Todd absolutely destroyed the role of Candyman. His voice is truly hypnotic. Oh, and on that note, you mentioned a few times that you thought Helen looked to be "in a trans" in some of the scenes with Candyman... fact is that the actress who portrayed her (Virginia Madsen) was indeed hypnotized for those scenes. Finally, I absolutely LOVE Philip Glass' piano theme to the film. Beautifully haunting.
