Germaine peers out at the bustling carnival with drowsy eyes, the sinking sunset blinding him momentarily. The groggy warrior nurses his drink between his hands and watches as his invigorated adventuring party indulges their inner children. The large Perto is somehow being supported by a carousel dragon, the quiet Reva is swinging her mallet repeatedly in the gaming area, and in the range, it looks like Yule has somehow managed to shoot his own toe with the carnival’s bow and arrow—amusing considering he fancies himself the party archer. Germaine snickers as he nods off. Sometimes, all an adventuring party really needs is some downtime.

Hi folks! Happy New Year! The first release of 2022 takes you and your party to an eastern carnival, complete with carousels, food stalls, and games rigged to empty your gold-laden pockets. If your party ever needs a little break from their serious, saving-the-world-type business, consider a little stopover that will help ease their nerves before taking on any more tough tasks ahead. Hopefully, they won’t grow too attached to the fun and games!
