When will orange cassidy be back?

I haven't heard definitively if he's underwent surgery or not, but the fear was that he had a torn pectoral muscle. If that's the case, there's a good chance he'd be out until the end of the year.

When’s Jay whites contract up?

To the best of my knowledge, he would still have well over a year left on the deal, especially with injury time added. I find it hard to believe Tony Khan would have signed him to anything less than a three year deal in 2022.

With the latest stalker situation do you think this warrants some sort of escort/ security for talent at least through airports/ hotels

Through airports is a little more tricky. That's more of TSA and the airport's lane. With hotels, that would require some element of responsibility on WWE's behalf regarding the hotels that talent stay at. Right now, they don't make that decision. But yes, that should be standard.
