Top TNA star sustained injury

Sources within TNA confirmed that Tessa Blanchard was sidelined from action on Saturday's TNA tapings, with what was initially suspected of being a concussion. Fightful was made aware of it because of a social media post criticizing a couple of botches in Tessa's match with Arianna Grace on Friday's Under Siege show. It was noted to Fightful that she'd been injured during the match, but still finished it.
Tessa was slated to work the Saturday tapings. During the show, there was a storyline reason created for her to not wrestle. We've not learned of the severity of the injury or when she will be back. We wish her a speedy recovery.
Tessa Blanchard made and Instagram post noting that "fake news kept her in the main event" but TNA sources reiterated she was held off of Saturday's show for an injury.
TNA later stated that the injury was TMJ.
