Saturday Night's Main Event

• Those that we spoke to expect Cody Rhodes back “sooner than later." We weren't told if that meant tonight.

• When we asked about Candice LeRae’s status after a fan inquiry last week, we were told “something is coming for her,” so the DIY inclusion has been planned at least since then. 

• We were told that the announcement for Atlanta Saturday Night Main Event and start to Goldberg’s appearance there should kick off in short order. 

• Our SNME post show will be live at this link

• R-Truth's promo on WWE Smackdown got a great reaction from those Fightful Select spoke with backstage.

• Jey Uso and Shane Helms flew to Logan Paul's house this week to work through the match for tonight.

• Helms is producing tonight's Jey Uso/Logan Paul match, as he does all of Logan Paul's matches.

• Despite the match only being announced Friday, the Chelsea Green/Zelina match has been planned for quite a while, we're told.

• John Cena, Damian Priest, Rollins & Breakker, Uso are the BetOnline.AG favorites. Cena, Rollins & Breakker, Uso, and Priest, though the last one is hard to call. There are no Chelsea/Zelina lines

• Jesse Ventura is at the show.

• Florida Governor Ron Desantis is at the show. He got booed coming in.

• They have the old school setup for the show.

• The tag match will open the show

• Creeds vs. LWO was a dark match.

• They're using a regular cage tonight.

• There are R-Truth "Ron Cena" shirts for sale.

• Bronson Reed returned from injury at the show and joined Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. As of Mania week, the word was that nobody else was planned for the group. We'll ask when that changed.

• Jesse Ventura was supposed to "lay out" during Lilian Garcia's intros.

• Most women's talent we spoke to had not been told about Evolution 2 officially before the announcement.

TNA

• TNA Wrestling did tryout matches today at noon at their tapings, and encouraged talent to watch and critique. Attendance was not mandatory.

• Former WWE referee Jimmy Korderas was at TNA Under Siege. He was a special ref at the Saturday tapings.

• TNA claimed a sellout for last night’s Under Siege. 

• There was a TNA talent meeting today to discuss the new protocol for slaps and throat slashes, as well as other things. 

• We were told that TNA officials were not happy about the details of the meeting and memos being leaked.

• Despite the angle, Cody Deaner was said to be at the TNA tapings today. He also works as a road agent.
