WWE has interest in recent tryout talent

We have an update on the recent WWE UK Tryouts from WWE’s European Tour.

Over the course of the past few weeks, information has been scarce on the status of talent from the WWE UK Tryouts, but now we know a little more on the process.

Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan has learned that talent who participated in the tryouts received calls following WrestleMania and the beginning of May with talent who weren’t signed receiving feedback from the event.

Fans have been curious on what talent WWE have been pursuing following their WWE UK tryout at the end of March, and Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan has learned that WWE have a significant interest in signing Spanish talent Zozaya following his performance at the tryout, and are pursuing him. Those we spoke with close to Zozaya mentioned that he is finishing up university in June of this year. It is believed by sources we spoke with that any talent signed from the tryout will begin with WWE by September.

The Spanish talent has been a staple in his home country, as well as the United Kingdom where he has wrestled for the likes of PROGRESS Wrestling and RevPro.
