AEW wrestler's contract expires
Added 2025-05-02 18:48:48 +0000 UTCA wrestler has finished up with All Elite Wrestling.
Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp has learned that ROH talent EJ Nduka’s contract recently expired with AEW, and he is effectively a free agent.
Nduka was signed to AEW in early 2023 and was used sparingly. Eventually he'd appear on the ROH brand where he'd team with Lee Johnson as LeeJ.
Nduka was formerly signed to WWE for NXT, before working for over a year in MLW. We're told there have been multiple companies interested in him.

Poor guy, in a neck brace now too.

2025-05-02 20:56:09 +0000 UTCThat's a shame. He is the exact kind of talent that would fit well if RoH was a viable 3rd brand with a TV Deal, separate roster and booking, etc. Tony really needs to build RoH up so that instead of it feeling like a forgettable brand, it could actually be a place where people would want to go. It has a longer legacy than TNA and was the birthplace of some of the most influential performers in the industry.
