This is less important than probably the other questions. But whatever happened to the T-Rex skull that was in Vince’s office?

I would imagine that he personally packed it up in a Radio Flyer wagon and took it out of the office. WWE changed headquarters in the months following Vince McMahon's first "retirement." I haven't heard of it being around since then, but I'll follow up.

Welp, time for more TNA Roster Questions! I am looking for an update on whether the following people still work for TNA as active talent: Jack Price, Shogun

I don't think Shogun was signed, maybe I'm mistaken. They just appeared a couple of times and haven't been used since. I'd never heard of any significant creative plans that happened since.

Bayley update...is she really hurt? PWInsider says no. Another place said she went to doctor last week.

People in WWE claimed that she wasn't injured at the time of WrestleMania when we asked. I haven't heard of any updates since them.
