Update on Chelsea Green/WrestleMania

As the WWE WrestleMania cards were announced for Friday and Saturday, there were some notable omissions when the cards came together. Among them was the WWE Women’s United States Title, and champion Chelsea Green.
Fightful inquired with WWE sources regarding creative plans for the title or Green for Mania, and were told that as of late last week, she was not scheduled for the show. We’re told there had been a couple of pitches for her to host the show, but as of this past weekend, there was nothing there. When we asked sources near creative, we were told that once the show is formatted out, it’s possible that a skit or segment to be added. However, as of each of the last two times we’d asked, that wasn’t the case.

I'd even settle for her on a pre-show match unless they've gotten rid of those. Not ideal but better than nothing.
