Truth/Ron Killings is one of the most important people to successfully switch from WWE to TNA and back. Even though he's still a performer, do you see him going into the TNA HoF before the WWE HoF?

That is an interesting question, and one that could be a race to "when." I think if Killings ever announces his retirement is coming (like his hero, John Cena), TNA will induct him while still active. They still have people like AJ Styles, Hardy Boyz, Mickie James, Beautiful People, and a ton of others to add when they have the time. But Killings won an NWA World Title twice, Tag Titles three times, and gave TNA a familiar talent in his prime that people knew deserved better in WWE.

Was Tessa Blanchard returning to TNA the final nail in the coffin so to speak for Jordynne Grace leaving? Or was she pretty much always WWE bound either way?

She was heading to WWE regardless. They officially made their offer after the Tessa signing unfolded, but it was a forgone conclusion at that point. WWE had not exactly made it a secret.

Are the Bucks and Omega still EVP with AEW? The Bucks in particular seem very disconnected from AEW.

Yes, they still have their EVP role. They haven't been backstage or at shows much at all recently, and when they visit, they've left well before the shows air. They had planned to take a lengthy absence whenever they left.

Yeah I think it's just a title that was given to the Cody, Kenny, and the Bucks as they helped start the company. If anything I feel like Cody and Kenny both wanted to be more involved wwith creative and booking decisions, but obviously things played out differently.

Yeah it was a thing I been seeing on Twitter when Tessa first returned and even on some discords.

At this point, I think it is pretty much in name only. Since the start of the company, AEW has brought in a lot of upper management folks that almost certainly are doing what The Bucks might have been doing early one. I think the Bucks main EVP role at the start was scouting, and signing, talent. A few years back, the big complaint was a lack of organization backstage, they signed a number of key people to help correct this.

I'm not gonna lie, didn't even know this was actually a thing until now lol

I'm just baffled still that people think Tessa is the reason Jordynne leaving TNA

It’s crazy you can be an EVP of a growing company and just take off long periods of time without seeing any day to day action. Like that just strikes me as odd
