Update on Mina Shirakawa

Tokyo Sports has reported that Mina is wrapping up with Stardom, and likely headed to America. Fightful Select has confirmed that she is going to AEW. There is also a press conference planned this week.
We're told she's had this planned for quite some time.
Mina Shirakawa told Fightful she was planning a move to America.

WWE & AEW used the partnerships to get them on there tv show nearly every week & it became a forgone conclusion they’d be heading to those companies once there deals expired

Crazy to think how less than 2 years ago, the division was in a bad place with Hayter getting hurt, the Originals vs Outcasts storyline stalled and nothing was happening. Now we have Timeless Toni Storm, Mercedes, Mariah May, Megan Bayne, Willow, Statlander, Thunder Rosa, Penelope Ford, Deonna Purrazzo, Harley Cameron, Taya, Anna Jay, Julia Hart, Queen Aminata, Baker, Hayter, Athena, and many others - AEW deserves credit for the massive improvement here, with tons of room for continued growth and yes, more TV time commitments.
