Why was the Kamille & Mercedes paring so short? Was their heat between the 2?
I can't speak to whether or not there was heat. I heard that Mercedes was open to working with Kamille to blow off the feud, but it didn't end up happening.
When did WWE go away from titantrons with highlights of the wrestlers and what was the reasoning behind it?
I asked about this and was given a few reasons. One was a change and differing philosophies over the years. Another was during a round of cutbacks that having someone to edit and update those videos was eliminated, never came back and it became the trend.
Did Tony Khan actually try and buy TNA?
No, never. If Tony Khan ever wanted to buy TNA, he would have owned TNA. They'd reached out to him before AEW existed, and then sent feelers out in recent years. It didn't make financial sense.

I'm also surprised because I had heard that the reason was because someone backstage felt it "distracted" from the actual, physical talent walking down the ramp, which I always thought was silly. Interesting to know that wasn't exactly the case :O

2025-02-12 17:18:08 +0000 UTCI have also heard about saving money on editing the titan tron videos which is WILD to me because it doesn’t take a fully salary person or much time to create. It used to be a really big hobby on wrestling forums back in the day .. people would have “music video” competitions with making titan trons. WWE has all the content/footage and top programming equipment. I feel titan trons really added to the whole character package. Would love to see them return one day
