Or maybe to an overall budget for rosters that they have to stay under? I was just curious if it's known how any of that works.

What happened to the TNT title, and are there plans to eventually have women's titles for sale. Seems like they're leaving a lot of money on the table when you consider the fact that Mercedes carries that TBS title with her everywhere, including her mainstream appearances.
