皆様こんにちは、YuukiTeitoです。

平素より温かいご支援をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

Patreonの再開を経て約1か月間運営を試してみましたが、このたび総合的に判断した結果、6月1日より運営体制を3月に行っていたような体制に戻すことにいたしました。
方針が度々変わり、皆様にはご迷惑をおかけしてしまい大変申し訳ありません。

変更の主な理由としては、二つのアカウントを併用することで管理が複雑になり、自分の作業キャパシティを超えてしまったことが挙げられます。
4月は全体の制作枚数としては過去最多となったものの、アカウント単位では内容が薄くなってしまいました。
そのため、それぞれのアカウントにおいて内容を増やすためにも数を優先しようともしましたが、そうするとクオリティの低下が懸念されるため、今回の判断に至りました。

今後の具体的な変更点

YuukiFanaに公開していた二次創作作品は、従来行っていたようにYuukiTeitoで公開します。
Patreonは今後、YuukiTeito作品のうち、Patreonのガイドラインに準拠していると思われる作品のみ投稿していきます。そのため、Patreonは基本的にBOOTHをご購入出来ない方向けの補完的な運用となります。
YuukiTeitoのBOOTH作品は、6月から3月と同じような随時更新タイプに変更します。
YuukiFanaのX（旧Twitter）およびPixivは更新を停止し、今後の運用は行わない予定です。
YuukiFanaのBOOTHは、6月分まで公開後、しばらくしてYuukiTeitoのBOOTHに統合します。

変更実施日

2025年6月1日より、順次上記の変更を進めてまいります。
また、同じく6月1日投稿分よりBOOTHの販売形態に合わせ、投稿作品のリンク有効期限も現在の投稿後1か月から投稿月の翌月7日までに変更いたします。

2月以降、運営方法が度々変わってしまい誠に申し訳ありません。
色々と考え試行錯誤を重ねた結果、現時点ではこの方法が最適だと判断しました。

After trying out operations for about a month following the restart of Patreon, I have made a comprehensive decision to return to the operational system we had in place back in March, starting June 1. I sincerely apologize for the frequent changes in direction and any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Main reasons for the change:
Managing two accounts simultaneously has become too complicated and has exceeded my personal work capacity. While April marked the highest total number of works I’ve ever produced, the content per account became thin. I considered prioritizing quantity to increase the content in each account, but that raised concerns about a decline in quality, which led me to this decision.

Specific changes going forward:

Derivative works that were being published on YuukiFana will return to being published on YuukiTeito, as we did before.
Patreon will now only feature YuukiTeito works that are believed to comply with Patreon’s guidelines. Therefore, Patreon will primarily serve as a supplementary platform for those who are unable to purchase from BOOTH.
YuukiTeito’s BOOTH works will shift back to the “as-ready” update style we used in March, starting in June.
YuukiFana’s X (formerly Twitter) and Pixiv accounts will stop updating and will no longer be maintained.
YuukiFana’s BOOTH will remain open until the June releases, after which it will be merged into YuukiTeito’s BOOTH after a short period.

Effective date:
Starting June 1, 2025, we will gradually implement the above changes. Additionally, from the June 1 posts onward, the validity period for post links will be changed to align with BOOTH’s sales system — meaning they will remain active until the 7th of the month following the posting month, instead of the current one-month duration.

I deeply apologize for the repeated operational changes since February. After much thought and trial and error, I believe this approach is currently the best.
