What’s going on with Shotzi?
Shotzi was sidelined with a knee injury earlier this year. As of now, we haven't heard of her being backstage or an update on her status. She's been out of action for about eight months. The timeline for a torn ACL is usually between 10-14 months for a return
Is Michael Oku waiting on a visa to start appearing in AEW, or is it just a matter of waiting on a storyline? Thanks.
Michael Oku is not currently signed to AEW as best I know. He gained a lot of praise for his match with Will Ospreay and both he and Amira are highly regarded. I'd expect to continue seeing him when AEW is in the UK, but he's not signed.
Do you know why AEW doesn't do post show dark matches? At least then people would know that certain wrestlers will be there even if they aren't on the TV portion
It's usually because they're already taping another show after filming Collision or Dynamite. So in addition to that, they're filming Rampage or ROH, and the tapings generally go really long as it. It's probably a pretty good idea to advertise dark matches once Rampage is wrapped at the end of the year.
Comments
As someone who frequently attends AEW shows. The average night typically runs from 730 until around 11. I’m glad they don’t add more dark matches.
