What have you heard about Kevin Owens' contract?
His deal was or is scheduled to be up at the end of the year or early 2025. AEW maintains major interest in him and has for a long time. The last we'd heard was about a month or so ago that WWE had approached him, but no deal had been finished. Since then, things have been kept very close to the vest. He's expected to get a major deal whether it be from WWE or AEW.
Do you have an update on the relationship between MLP and AEW?
As of now, AEW treats it as they would most indie promotions. Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling reaches out to talent, talent get approval from AEW to work the show. Maple Leaf was different in their willingness to promote upcoming shows from TNA and AEW. They made a positive impression with people in AEW we've spoken to. Maple Leaf also had to get approval to have AEW/ROH titles defended on their show.
Any reasoning behind Jamie Hayter’s lack of appearances since All In? She had a momentous return and it seems like we’ve barely seen her since.
Since returning at AEW All In, Hayter has worked a feud with Saraya that included matches with both Saraya and Harley Cameron. She wrestled Robyn Renegade on Dynamite, and competed in a top contender match on the show. She also wrestled Brooke Havok on Collision, and has been involved in a feud with Penelope Ford. She's been featured across all three of AEW's shows.

“Where’s Jamie?” Is the new “what’s the story?” Just weird behavior

2024-10-26 11:20:39 +0000 UTCI truly hope MLP becomes a thing, those 2 first shows were fantastic, cool mix of said AEW talent plus locals like Brent Banks... yeah there are a few companies around here that do well but we haven't had a company with this kind of potential around here in a while.

2024-10-25 16:06:45 +0000 UTCPeople need to leave behind the idea that just because somebody isn’t chasing a title, it doesn’t mean that they’re lost in the shuffle or that they’re not being utilized.

2024-10-25 16:05:52 +0000 UTCIbou with WP has insinuated that a KO deal has been done for some time, but I wonder if maybe they’re planning to use it as an angle leading into Survivor Series. His idea was that KO beats Cody and potentially takes the belt globally before coming back.
