Some artists don't mind doing them, and they can accomplish it without too much trouble, but for some reason it becomes a huge mind-fuck for me. This one was simple enough though. I think. I'm sure if you tried to put this image in a 3-dimensional place, it would become obvious how it wouldn't work, and how nothing makes spacial sense, but that stuff is for real artists to worry about.

2018-01-09 05:28:08 +0000 UTCHonestly I feel like this makes more sense than some of your other drawings with overlap. (Obviously the full color on the bottom layer's not needed in most cases, just guidelines so everything that passes behind something else comes out in the right spot.)
