Details on MVP and Tamina's WWE status

On Sunday, Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp reported that Bobby Lashley's WWE contract was set to expire, with PWN reporting that he was off the company's internal roster. In addition, they've reported that Tamina and MVP are off the internal roster.

Fightful Select was able to confirm both MVP and Tamina are not expected to be used on screen, and MVP is not expected back in the company. We're told this has been the conclusion for quite some time. MVP has been outspoken about Triple H in recent months. He's not been booked on shows or at TV in a while, either.

Tamina has not been at television in months, or at least not regularly, according to those we've spoken with. She hasn't been booked to wrestle since February 2023, though she was at TV occasionally in the months that followed. Tamina wasn't featured in the draft pool in 2024, and even though she was drafted to Smackdown in 2023, we were told there were never plans for her since. She does not have a brand listed on WWE's official site. Those that Fightful spoke with said it would not be surprising to see her remain a part of WWE in some capacity and that she was long seen as a locker room leader and mother.

Fightful reached out to WWE but they didn't comment.
