Another WIP. My normal way of going about commissions is basically just to do one at a time, and I won't start a second one until I finish the first one. I think that method isn't optimal, because I tend to waste time on something that I shouldn't be spending that much time on. The line-art is probably the most time-consuming step, but that step is always consistant. I can look at an image and I can tell how long it'll take to finish the line-art. The final stage, the coloring and shading, that step can go on forever.
So what I'm doing this month, is I'm going to get 3 or 4 images up till this step (line-art and flats), and then I'll spend two days are so finalizing all of them. That way I don't let any one image become too much of a time sink. The Zelda page I previewed the other day is another example of this. Let's see how it works out.
