I really like the idea of a loud, boisterous, and reckless ninja, especially one that wears bright colors. Not everything needs to be a parody, because if everything was a parody then nothing could be a parody, but I really like this. Also, monkeys.
She has a sock on her right foot because I fucked up and drew the big toe on the outside. I hate feet in general and didn't want to go back after doing the color.

So who was her father, someone special or just some random sailor that her mom screwed with sometime ago? Considering her being a ninja wearing orange and preference of being loud and direct, the exact opposite of ninjas styles as well as her loud and prideful personality, I'm assuming she's loosely referenced to Naruto Uzumaki
