That's how we get better. Subconscious: Mark, you have no idea what your doing. Color theory is way beyond your experience. You're just choosing a back-lighting effect totally at random. Conscious: I can make it look better. Subconscious: You're making it look worse! Conscious: It looks bad now, but the more work I put into it, the better it will be. Subconscious: ugh . . .
