Update On QT Marshall-AEW
Added 2023-12-20 20:00:04 +0000 UTCQT Marshall’s contract with All Elite Wrestling is up on January 1, however, we’re told he’s effectively already finished up with the company.
Sources within AEW have confirmed that QT Marshall is not a presence backstage at AEW any longer, and has not been at the shows in weeks. Marshall gave his notice months ago, and signed a short term extension through the end of the year.
There is already outside interest with Marshall, who we’re told at least has some plans that include the Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling trademark. Marshall was adamant that he wanted to perform in-ring while he was in his prime.

Come to think of it, he really didn't get to wrestle much during QTV, huh?

2023-12-21 17:24:47 +0000 UTCI personally prefer this new direction AEW has started to go in post-QT, but there's no denying how awesome he was during his time in AEW.

2023-12-20 23:53:41 +0000 UTCI hope he does a quick run in mlw for a few weeks, I love his in ring work and would like to see him heel it up at a small show before he signs somewhere else.

2023-12-20 21:12:18 +0000 UTCI appreciate everything he's done behind the scenes, but on camera his work has consistently terrible. His insistence that he should be a featured talent will be his undoing- no one is paying to watch QT Marshall on TV.

2023-12-20 20:19:06 +0000 UTCQT is a valuable asset no matter where he goes

2023-12-20 20:13:07 +0000 UTCWithout he and Cody we don't have "live" shows during the first weeks of COVID since they used their school as the studio on the fly. Also, Cody said he would have been completely buried by stuff had he not brought QT into the fold early on in AEW to run a lot of logistics. Solid dude, genuine love and respect for everything he's done over the last 4+ years. Wish him nothing but the best.

2023-12-20 20:10:16 +0000 UTCI really wish the best for QT wherever he goes. While his run in AEW has definitely had its ups and downs, he’s extremely talented and will do great wherever he goes.
