Bray Wyatt sidelined with "physical issue," per WWE sources
Added 2023-03-13 20:00:56 +0000 UTCBray Wyatt's absence from an MSG live event on March 12 has a lot of fans concerned about his status. Fightful has learned a little bit about it -- at least what those in WWE are saying.
WWE sources familiar with the situation who have worked with Wyatt claim to Fightful that Bray Wyatt is currently sidelined with a "physical issue," and they're not sure on a return time as of now. There had been rumors that Wyatt had walked out due to creative issues, but thus far we haven't gained any information that would confirm that, and haven't been told that from anyone in the company thus far.
Bray Wyatt had been slated for other live events and episodes of Smackdown, but was pulled from those due to the physical issues WWE sources claim. However, even though he'd been sidelined, Bobby Lashley continued the feud without Bray Wyatt being there, including last week in a backstage segment. As of one point this weekend, Lashley wasn't scheduled for Raw.
Almost weekly, Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy materials are sent to the site of Smackdown, but haven't been for the last two episodes of Smackdown. We're told Bray hasn't been planned for creative for those shows, and isn't scheduled for Raw.
We'll reach out for more on this situation throughout the day, including regarding rumors of creative issues. To make it clear, though one source has denied those creative issues, we'll continue to ask about the validity of it.
In an update, WWE creative were told that Bray was out due to illness. He hasn't been at recent WWE live events or television. He also wasn't on the internal MSG rundown as of Friday.

Furthermore, is there any interest or potential to have the both of you on a podcast/video (be it Select or main feed) to speak on the record on recent headlines that he’s been publicly attached to such as this Bray story, the TK/Punk/Hangman rumors, etc.? Story is still developing so I’m not getting too ahead of myself on all this just yet, but I think an on-record discussion on this stuff between these two parties could be beneficial for all involved.

2023-03-13 20:57:49 +0000 UTCThe other side of twitter is running with this story: “According to Ryan Frederick of the Wrestling Observer/F4W Online, Bray Wyatt is out indefinitely and will not be having a match at WrestleMania due to creative issues.” No matter which way this falls, this gimmick isn’t working anymore. He needs to go back to cult leader Bray.
