Cosplay Help - Wants/Needs?

I dunno if it's because there's been a few big events covered and announced recently or just because its Halloween and spooky season puts costumes on the front of everyone's mind, but I've had a huge uptick in DMs and emails asking about cosplay. Everything ranging from specific inquiries about commissions, where to buy pre-made costumes, which patterns/materials I use and even very basic "how do I get started" questions. Most of the names attached haven't been ones I've recognized but I know not everyone has a single internet handle they use everywhere. So...
Is cosplay help something any of you are after? Its definitely a non-zero time investment for me to write useful, detailed responses but depending on what level of help people are looking for I can probably make something work. Maybe I finally make a third tier at a higher level that people can up their pledges to for the duration of their project needs. Or would something like a master reference post of commonly asked questions be enough?
