Erick stands in the desert with his friends, and daughter. He remembers those friends of his that never made it to this moment. it made him yearn for his simple life on earth. Erick began chanting. Point A and Point B, to pierce the fabric of reality. The infinite journey, the Path, reduced to a single step. Bringing places closer together though they do not move. Here and there a doorway made to be a short cut. Bring about a mighty {Gate}! Erick made a mistake when the final line was uttered. Instead of anywhere on Verda to connect to, he though of his home, on earth. ERROR!... The Headmaster received a notice, the chalk in his hand dropped as he blipped across the ocean hoping too make it in time. Magic loved Erick but he had reached too far. He had tried to bridge the infinite abyss. But magic so loved erick, he helped people think of so many new things. For magic to be used was to be appreciated. (This is probably a bad line feel free to remove.) A few feet from Ericks form the air wrippled, shapes began to form behind this wripple in the air. Then they gained greater form, greater substance. There on the other side of the Gate was Ericks home, on earth. Erick cried out from the pain. On the other Side of the gate a cat he had taken care of heard that all to familiar voice, and so it ran. it ran until it saw the gate and through it erick. Its instincts screamed for it to run, while something greater filled it with the courage to keep moving forward. The cat raced toward the door, and leap through the open gate. Gate: Bridge the infinite, for you dream of home.
