Even the details of the tattoo, ring, and hairclip were described to me, and although I only went about 80% to the full description, and although the front pose is a littler derpy, I think it came out alright.

thanks, but your boyfriend's slight criticism of my work will haunt me for years. Last night I heard a disembodied voice in my house mournfully echoing "Derbyyyy . . . deeeerrrrbbbyyyyyy" I'm joshing.

I use to do them as an entirely separate image, and then impose it over the character before doing some tweeks to things lile opacity and angle and stuff. This time I just drew it as part of the character though, on the same layers as everything else.

I thought it looked fine :P But yes, her tattoo is a huge part of her character, and should be since it's been with her for most of her 15 (real) year life span. <3 how that came out, especially.

2014-09-23 08:37:07 +0000 UTCWow, That is an amazing job, the tatoo is a work of art on itself, but make the character complex to draw on that side (that is usually the problem with tatoos), but is a Good job nonetheless.
