Historical Scanning, Sketchbook 14
Added 2022-10-14 12:00:08 +0000 UTCScanning continues, if sporadically. Some highlights today; appropriately, on the 14th some sketches from Sketchbook 14. These are from 1995, so 27 years ago:
- Fasianyl and Sellelvi - (Boy these characters are old). Inking is pretty crude, but look how much attention I spent on the outfits, anyway. Sellelvi's veil is curtained around her muzzle! Too funny.
- Coronation Jewelry for Distant Song - I was doing a lot of fashion design in this period, and jewelry design, especially for monarchs or important people, was entertaining to me.
- Rhapsody in Diamonds - Another Eldritch. Again, lots of attention on clothes, including hand-drawing all the patterns on the fabric and weird touches, like how the sleeves are gathered by interesting metal bracelets (look at the inside of the right wrist, near the skirts).
