Anyway, I'm sorry about yesterday, but the oaks have all exhaled at once and it's like trying to swim through a wall of sick. Even my somewhat-retrained immune system, post-shots, isn't dealing well with it. >.>

But anyway, ENOUGH ABOUT TREE SNOT. We have cats and news! Cat, above. News, below!

• I am writing ahead on Kherishdar 4, and I'm not happy with where I am because some part of me was hoping to finish the book in two weeks? (???) even knowing that wasn't reasonable. I have, however, doubled the book in size so I'm at least that far ahead. (For the curious, that's about 34,000 words in the last week and a half.)
• Related, in my ongoing struggle to figure out how to share the serial in a way that replicates the original experience on Livejournal, I've finally given up on my blog and Patreon and defaulted to Dreamwidth, the LJ clone. Because it actually allows comment-threading and emails-in-response-to-comments and has an RSS and atom feed and a 'email when this person posts feature.' Plus, you don't have to have a login to comment because it's got OpenID. Let's see if THIS works better this time. You can find the backlog up at: https://kherishdar.dreamwidth.org/ 
• This means I won't be posting the serial here anymore, but I'll remind you to go check it every week, probably on Caturday. And you can get Dreamwidth to email you notifications, and will want to consider that, because I plan to be posting more than once a week. Because--
• My goal is to make Kherishdar 4 my November release, so I want to have the entire serialization done within a few months, rather than a year or two. So, yay?
• Other stuff is still trucking along! Farmer's Crown is out in less than two weeks now! You can go pre-order it here! So much good stuff in this one, including some reveals you've been waiting for since mentions in Reese's stories. *wiggles eyebrows*
• Alysha 5 is in final edits/formatting, and will go up for pre-order after Farmer's Crown hits retail. I'm doing prettifications for this one, it's going to be fun. See! Tiny graphics!

Anyway, that's the news! March is going to be a bit less productive than usual because I have some family stuff scheduled, but I trust most of you will be happy chewing on Farmer while I get organized. *beams*
