Jasmine, Honeysuckle, and rosemary are commonly used as border shrubs in SoCal. When the rosemary is trimmed the smell is wonderful.

2017-03-19 18:12:16 +0000 UTCIt is jasmine, a flowering vine, and a very common note in perfumes. It smells sugary and clean to me... you can often find the essential oil in places that sell them, if you want to smell it distilled. :)
