No wait... For a leashed experience... Eeeeh. Whatever. Put some leashes on your chars or dogs or milk cartons or whatever!
The IK doesn't work perfectly (it doesn't keep the initial rotations), probably you can get around it with some Node constraints though, haven't tried it out.
