Citizens believe that government and police will solve everything. But that is a big mistake. Some politicians and police work with the villain for their own benefit.
So the world needs a hero. The hero punishes these bad officials. But heroes do not always win. The sad fact is that there are a lot of bad politicians and cops, but the hero loses everything with a single defeat.
This fat politician was humiliated by Kayle in the past. But now he will humiliate Kayle.
